Returns and Exchanges

so we may verify your return, prior to sending back any merchandise. Please have your order number available [located on your confirmation email, the outer box, or on your internal paper packing slip].

All 'non-consumable' products (in new, resellable condition) offered by SeriousCards.com® can be returned for a full refund
within 21 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted (see product description).
Due to product safety concerns and perishability, 'consumable' products
may only be returned or exchanged for reasons related to damage or packaging breaches. Any damaged 'consumable' product can be
returned for a full refund within 14 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
From Nov 1st to Dec 31st, all 'non-consumable' products (in new, resellable condition) offered by SeriousCards.com® can be returned for a full refund until Jan 15th of the following year.
SeriousCards.com.com allows exchanges as a combination of a return of your original order and the placing of a new order.
Your new order can ship whether or not we receive the returned goods and your card will be charged for the new order. You will be credited for the cost of the returned goods once they are
received by us.
Please pack items securely in a suitable box. Items wrapped in brown paper are very often damaged while in transit and may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
SeriousCards.com.com is not responsible
for the return shipping costs of returned items. If we arrange your return shipping through UPS return services, there may be associated fees for your return.
SeriousCards.com.com will assume the return shipping costs for damaged items or items sent in error.
Original Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns: once we receive your return, you will receive a credit for the amount of the returned merchandise, less the original cost of the shipment to you. This reduction in your credit amount pertains
to all orders, even if your order was originally subject to a free shipping promotion.
Return Transit Damages
SeriousCards.com.com will not accept items for return if they have been damaged during the return transit. When returning your item, please arrange
for any necessary parcel insurance to cover the costs of the items in the event that they are lost or damaged by the chosen carrier.
Any credits due will be applied upon receipt of the returned goods.
Gift certificates are non-refundable items. Purchases of special orders, customized products, altered products, and other items noted as such are non-refundable.
